Greetings!
We're pleased to announce the new
Project Manager Interface, an online tool for project managers to request the assistance of the Service Area Management (SAM) team. There are currently 31 SAMs in North America.
Once your service project is clear and you would like to request SAM assistance, please go to
www.samteam.net and log in, using your Keys website username and password. If you have never registered for the Keys, you will need to do this first; the link for this is provided on the login page of the
Keys website.
On your first visit, you will be prompted to create a contact information profile. Once completed, this information will be entered automatically each time you present a project and request SAM assistance.
We hope you will find this new tool helpful and easy to use.
